Dear all, after 690 days on the roads of Africa, we arrived safely back home. In the 19.3.2014, we landed of Athens while our little trusty Suzuki arrived in a RORO ship from Israel. If someone would tell us that we would spend two years in Africa, experiencing so many different things and meeting so many different people, we would have thought that it was a weird joke. At the end, we must say that something divine and full of energy (most of the times this energy was positive), gave to any decision and any unexpected event, a reason to happen. This is the most important thing for us and we much appreciate all these moments mainly thanks to the people we met on our way. The Pin Project takes a break in Greece. At the same time, we make plans for the next step in Americas. We hope our dreams and footsteps will cross one day with each one of you.
Hallo Georgia & Nikos , willkommen zu Hause in Europa. Ich kann sehr gut nachempfinden, wie es euch geht, nachdem ihr das fast Unglaubliche geschafft habt. Was bleibt sind Erinnerungen für das Leben. Aber eure Reise ist ja noch nicht zu Ende. Wie meine auch noch nicht. Vielleicht kreuzen sich unsere Wege wieder in Amerika, wie schon in Marokko und am Kap Agulhas. Aber zuerst fahre ich um die Ostsee. Es ist die Verlängerung der Afrikariese: vom Süd- zum Nord-Cap. Barbara hat dafür 2 Monate frei bekommen. Wenn ihr mal durch Deutschland fahrt, seid ihr herzlich willkommen.
